Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

For online payments, we currently accept PayPal and Stripe plus all major credit cards such as Visa Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. The amount deducted will be Euro. PayPal, Stripe and your credit card provider will convert to your currency at checkout

 

Shipping And Handling    When your order is ready for dispatch it will be sent standard post for items under €100 – items over €100 will be sent registered post. It is important you enter your full address correctly at time of ordering. This is the responsibility of the customer. Please review your address before you place an order. 

 

Delivery Schedule   Dispatch time is between 3-5 days depending on when the order is received.

You will receive an email to confirm your order has left the Gallery. Once we have dispatched, unfortunately the time it takes to reach you is out of our control.  Delivery times can vary from country to country

 For specially commissioned pieces – a delivery schedule will be discussed at time of ordering.

 

Back Orders   If for some reason your item is not in stock – due to busy times in the Gallery – we will advise how long it will be to have it made for you – you will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

 

Returned Packages as a result of “Not being picked up” or “Not possible to deliver to customer”.

Should we receive a parcel which has been undelivered and returned to us, we will notify you. In this instance, payment will be required to resend the item. Should you not wish for the item to be resent, credit or a refund will be issued less original shipping charges.
