|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments and PayPal payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
|Shipping And Handling When a piece of lace is ready to ship to you we send it by registered post. This means a signature is required and we have a trace number so we can trace any shipment that gets lost. We need to use regsitered post for insurance reasons. Once a signature has been obtained we are no longer responsibe for delivery.|
|Delivery Schedule If we have your product in stock we will ship it to you within 3 working days. However if we need to create your product there is a 3 month lead time on small pieces and Christening Gowns, and 6 month lead time for Wedding Veils, Communion Veils, and larger commissioned pieces. When you place your order we will contact you to give you an idea of delivery time.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website you will be redirected to Paypal to either pay with your Payypal account or by using your credit card. Credit cards are not stored on the Carrickmacross Lace website.
|Guarantee We aim to meet your satisfaction, as each piece is hand crafted by local artisans no two pieces will be the same, we try to provide pieces with the same pattern but filling stiches may vary. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.|
